2.1. Registration: Enrollment in our courses requires completing the registration process on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2.2. Course Availability: Enrollment is subject to course availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of students in each class.

2.3. Prerequisites: Some courses may require specific knowledge or experience. Please review the course details before enrolling.

3.1. Course Fees: The total course fee is 2,500 EUR (approximately 2,700 USD and 9,100 ILS). This fee can be paid either in full or in three installments of 833.33 EUR each (approximately 900 USD and 3,033 ILS per installment). Please be aware that the primary fee is set in Euros, and the amounts in USD and ILS are approximate. Exchange rates may fluctuate, so the exact amount due in USD or ILS will be based on the current Euro exchange rate at the time of payment.

3.2.  Financial Obligations and Payment Defaults: It is your responsibility to ensure that all installment payments are processed successfully. Should any installment payment be declined by your bank or financial institution, Affiliates-School LTD reserves the right to take lawful action to recover the outstanding debt and any damages incurred due to partial or non-payment. This includes, but is not limited to, legal proceedings to claim the unpaid balance and any associated costs resulting from the default.

3.2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified during registration.

4.1. Ownership: All course materials, content, and resources provided by the School are the intellectual property of Affiliates-School.com which operated and owned by Affiliate School LTD, Bulgarian company with registration number 207905072.

4.2. Usage Rights: The course materials are strictly for your personal and educational use only. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these materials is expressly forbidden and will be considered a violation of our rights. Legal action may be taken against any individual or entity found to be in breach of these terms.

5.1. Student Conduct: You agree to participate in our courses in a professional and respectful manner. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.

5.2. Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, cheating, or other forms of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited and may result in expulsion from the course without refund.

6.1. Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion from Affiliates-School.com.

6.2. Certification Verification: All graduation certificates from Affiliates-School.com must be verified through our online authentication system available on our website. Certificates that fail to authenticate or whose serial number and graduate's name do not align with our records are deemed invalid. It is the certificate holder's responsibility to ensure their certificate is authenticated through our official system.

7.1. Independent Contractors: The instructors providing the course are independent contractors and not employees or representatives of Affiliates-School LTD. They are engaged as service providers to conduct the classes at various locations.

7.2. Ownership of Course Content: The course content and materials are the exclusive property of Affiliates-School LTD. The instructors do not have ownership rights over the course content, nor are they authorized to modify or distribute the materials beyond their use in the scheduled classes.

8.1. No Guarantee: Affiliates-School LTD makes no guarantees regarding employment or specific career outcomes following the completion of our courses. Career success is influenced by a multitude of factors beyond the completion of our program. These factors include, but are not limited to, personal attributes such as motivation, work ethic, and adaptability; language proficiency; relevant prior experience; and the ability to apply acquired skills effectively in the job market. Additionally, market conditions and individual performance during job searches and interviews also play a critical role. While our courses are designed to provide valuable skills and knowledge, the ultimate success in securing employment and achieving career goals depends on various personal and external factors.

8.2. Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Affiliates-School.com, including its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or participation in our courses. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other financial loss, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Affiliates-School.com’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Affiliates-School.com shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific course or service that gave rise to the claim. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information or materials provided as part of our services. The materials provided are intended for educational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.

In addition, Affiliates-School.com shall not be liable for any actions, omissions, or conduct of teachers who act as independent service providers in their respective countries. Teachers are not employees or representatives of Affiliates-School.com and operate independently. Therefore, Affiliates-School.com assumes no responsibility or liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from or related to the services provided by these teachers.

Affiliates-School.com makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of course content and resources; however, we do not guarantee that such materials will be error-free or that they will meet your expectations. It is your responsibility to verify any information or recommendations obtained through our services before relying on them.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability set forth in this section are reasonable and that these limitations are an essential part of the agreement between you and Affiliates-School.com.

Affiliates-School LTD is not liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in the course materials and disclaims any responsibility for any adverse effects or damages resulting from reliance on the information provided. It is the responsibility of the participant to verify and supplement the information as necessary and seek additional guidance if needed.

This includes details on the types of data we collect, the purposes for which it is used, and the measures we take to ensure its security.
